Tourise

Over seven months, Entertainment Gears successfully delivered a fully integrated service operation for the TOURISE Summit. Our scope covered end-to-end RSVP and invitation management, in full partnership with the Ministry of Tourism throughout the 2025 TOURISE cycle. including guest verification, data accuracy checks, and coordinated follow ups with key stakeholders.


We operated a dedicated call center, managing calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries with consistent SLA performance and multilingual support. Our team also managed the complete Speakers Journey, ensuring smooth coordination from pre-event communication to on-site hosting.

In addition, we handled registration and guest accreditation, managed sensitive guest information, and ensured that all attendees received timely, accurate communication leading up to the summit. This comprehensive operational framework reflects our commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional guest experience delivered.

As part of our full-cycle merchandise management, Entertainment Gears led the logistics, retail setup, and operations for WWE products in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Inbound Logistics: Received, labeled, and organized inventory with barcode systems.

  • Retail Execution: Managed stock transfer, implemented in-store displays aligned with WWE branding.

  • Sales Operations: Recruited and supervised a skilled sales and cashier team.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

Conducted weekly inventory audits and submitted performance reports, proposing continuous merchandising improvements.

This project reflects our ability to deliver premium retail experiences with operational accuracy and brand consistency.
